Grant A. Hendrickson
Position: Director
Chief Geophysicist of Ivanhoe Mines. He is responsible for Ivanhoe's world-wide geophysical exploration programs. Managing Director of Delta Geoscience Ltd. from April 1986 to January 2005. Director and Co-Founder of Praxis Goldfields Inc (2000-2007).

 
Hugh Maddin, B.Comm. LLB
Position: Independent Board Chairman, Director
Since joining the Board of Directors in January 2005, Mr. Maddin has been on the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance and Human Resources Committee and has chaired the committees at various periods of his tenure. A lawyer by profession, Mr. Maddin is the founder and president of Quadra Aggregates Inc., Chairman of TA Mineral Resources Ltd., Director of Chelsea Minerals Corp., and a Director of Nass Valley Gateway Ltd.

 
Dieter W. Peter
Position: Director
As CEO, Mr. Peter is responsible for overall operations of the Company. Since 1982, Mr. Peter has been a founder and principal in resource exploration companies which have been listed on the Vancouver, Toronto (TSX Venture and TSE), Montreal, and London Stock Exchanges. His experience includes resource exploration and development, manufacturing, all aspects of financing and management of projects and personnel. Mr. Peter received the 2000 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" Pacific regional award for manufacturing for his achievements with Concerts Industries Ltd.

 
Rafael Pinedo
Position: Director
Mr. Pinedo, based in Texas, USA, has over twenty five years experience in the energy and finance sectors. He is currently the President and CEO of Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation and General Energy Corporation, which are involved in oil and gas exploration projects, as well as, producing oil and gas assets in a wide range of geographical areas. He was founds and former principal of American Investment LLC, an investment banking firm.

 
John Punzo
Position: Director
A director of the Company since August 2009, Mr. Punzo is responsible for all equity finance, investor and public relations and will assist the CEO in overseeing the exploration projects, acquisitions of mineral properties and funding of MHI's exploration programs. Mr. Punzo has over twenty five years of corporate leadership experience in the energy and finance sectors. He is a successful entrepreneur and businessman and has played a key role in raising capital for ventures in these sectors including publicly trading small cap companies. His experience includes owning and operating companies as well as providing merger and acquisition and turn-around advisory services to start-up businesses. Mr. Punzo has served as a Consultant, Advisor, President, Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Chairman of the Board in various companies.

 
Andrew H. von Kursell
Position: Director
Director, Pencari Mining Corporation, International Petroreal Oil Corporation and Copper Belt Resources Ltd. He is an experienced senior executive in the national and international mining industry, having held senior positions for Cominco and Cyprus Anvil Mining Corp. Mr. Von Kursell is presently COO of Ascot Mining PLC, and overseeing Ascot's goldmining operations in Cost Rica.
